Before you sign up.
- Is the free plan a trial?
- No. Starter is free permanently and covers a real portfolio — unlimited properties, the full ledger, and the core statements. If it does everything you need, that is a fine place to stay.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade or leave?
- Nothing is deleted, and export is available on every plan including the free one. Downgrading restricts features going forward; it never holds your history hostage.
- Do you charge per property or per unit?
- No. Every plan carries unlimited properties and units. Plans differ on automation, reporting depth, and how many people share the workspace — not on portfolio size.
- Are payment processing fees included?
- No. Rent payments carry the payment processor's own fee, which you can absorb or pass on to the resident. That fee is charged by the processor, not by us, and we do not add a margin to it.
- Which features are not built yet?
- Bank connections are in development; leasing, rent collection, screening, and the balance sheet are planned. The roadmap page lists exactly where each one stands, and feature pages are marked accordingly.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, in either direction, and changes are prorated. Annual billing is charged up front at the discounted rate.
